Concord Farms was founded in 2007 by Ryan Stern. By 2011, he was managing around 400 hives and decided to pursue the bees full time. As the business has grown, he has stayed committed to spending his days in the bee yards monitoring the bees progress and health. Ryan met Sarah in 2012 and she quickly became an integral part of Concord Farms. Sarah handles the day to day operations of the business and is in charge of retail honey sales. They have two children, Eleanor and Henry, who they hope will be 2nd generation beekeepers someday. Concord Farms offers US Grade A honey. Their honey is 100% pure, raw honey produced from Wisconsin clover, basswood and wildflowers. Their honey comes directly from the bees they manage. From their farm to your table, it's simply the best Wisconsin honey available!

Sarah will be here on Memorial Day and is bringing honey, beeswax products and soaps for sale. Their honey has been sold in the store at Battle Creek Beef & Bison LLC for many years. Ryan and Sarah keep bees here on our property. We are so grateful to have them.
