Ground Round - Extremely lean. You may have to add oil when browning. Best in tacos, casseroles, etc. Can be pattied, but grilling may be better than frying.

Extra Lean Ground - Usually no more than 2 tbls. of fat after browning. Great for burgers, meatloaf, etc. Sold in 1lb. packs.

Roasts - Best when cooked "long and low." Crock pots, roasters, roasting bags and pressure cookers do a good job. Sirloin Tip Roasts are great when slow roasted at 275°F. Use a meat thermometer to test for doneness.

Hamburger Patties - Each patty is separated with wax paper and ready to pop on the grill. Shrinkage is truly minimal! So convenient. Kids love them. Available in 1/4 lb. or 1/3 lb. patties.
